488 Guineas Creek Road
The Tallebudgera early learning center will consist of 6 rooms, kitchen, administration and lunchroom. We will be supplying Daikin ducted systems and Daikin VRV systems to all area. Mechanical ventilation will also be supplied to all wet areas and Kitchen.

1 Queen Street, Scarborough
This project consists of 10 3 story terrace homes, all with Daikin ducted systems with the MyAir zoning system from Advantage Air.

17 - 19 Bradman Ave - This upcoming project in Maroochydore will consist of 8 apartments over 4 levels.
We will be supplying Daikin VRV system to all apartments and providing mechanical Ventilation to all wet areas, fire pump room and basement.

Little Village Early Learning at Bridgeman Downs consists of 10 studios/class rooms, full kitchen, lunch rooms and offices. We have six (6) Daikin VRV systems with a total of 31 indoor units and mechanical ventilation to all wet areas and kitchen hood.

The Creek Early Learning at Mountain Creek consists of 5 class rooms, kitchen, offices and lunch rooms. We have four (4) Daikin ducted systems, split system for server room and mechanical ventilation to all wet areas and kitchen.

The Ultra Group (Builder).
Completed January 2022.

This project in Surfers Paradise consisted of the knockdown of an existing house and the re-build of 2 townhouses and 1 family home. All three are being serviced by Daikin ducted air conditioning using the MyAir zoning system.

Works performed for the Cools For School program included installation of Daikin under ceiling systems and Daikin in ceiling systems to twelve (12) classrooms and main library including outside air fans and all electrical controls for system integration.

The 3 level house constructed into the cliff face overlooking Coolum beach consists of three (3) Daikin ducted systems connected to the MyAir plus zoning system with MyPlace smart home integration.

The Peregian Beach project consisted of 4 apartments serviced by Daikin ducted systems, split systems, and multi-head systems. We also installed mechanical ventilation in all wet areas.

This Tugan project consisted of 6 townhouses, all with Daikin ducted air conditioning systems using the MyAir zoning system.

This upcoming project in Golden Beach consists of 11 apartments over 2 levels with a single commercial tenancy. We will be supplying Daikin ducted systems to all areas and mechanical ventilation throughout the entire block.
